•  Order Finalization
  • All orders are final once placed. Orders are transferred to and fulfilled by a third-party professional print lab exactly as they are received. This means we cannot change, add, or remove anything after your order is submitted. Please email me with any questions before placing your order: blaire@secondavephotography.com
  • Cancellations are also not guaranteed because of the fast turn around.
• Delivery & Turnaround Time
  • While it is not typical, during peak seasons carriers can sometimes misplace orders when in transit. If an order is not received after 10 business days, we are always happy to issue a reprint. Please email us.
  • Orders where confirmation of delivery is provided by the carrier will not be replaced.
• Refunds & Returns
  • Refunds, if deemed appropriate, will be issued as store credit only and are granted at our sole discretion.
  • We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or replacements on digital products or downloads for any reason, with no exceptions.
• Missing or Damaged Items
  • Don't forget to check your package immediately upon receipt to confirm that contents are complete and no damage has occurred in transit. We're all human around here, so if your order is (regretfully) missing any items or there are errors or defects, you must notify us by email within 30 days of delivery along with a picture of what was received. After that timeframe, we are unable to offer replacements or store credit.
  • If a print arrives damaged, we’re happy to replace it—just email a clear photo and description of the damage.
• Digital Files
  • Digital files are delivered via download link. It is your responsibility to download and securely store your files upon receipt.
  • We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or replacements on digital products or downloads for any reason, with no exceptions.
• Sales Tax & Fees
  • Applicable sales tax will be added to your order at checkout, as required by law.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
• Copyright & Usage
  • All images are the intellectual property of Second Ave Photography. Purchase of prints or digital files grants you a personal-use license only. Files may be printed for personal use and shared on personal social media accounts with proper credit. Commercial use, resale, unauthorized editing, or reproduction of printed or digital photographs is strictly prohibited.
  • NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT: It is illegal to scan, copy, reproduce, edit, or alter any printed or digital photographs without express permission from Second Ave Photography.
• Model Release
  • By participating in picture day, it is assumed that you grant Second Ave Photography permission to use your child’s images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, marketing materials, and social media. No names or identifying information will ever be shared. If you do not want your child's images to appear online outside of this ordering gallery, please let us know by completing this Google form.
• Privacy Policy
  • When you place an order, the email address you provide will be added to our regular e-newsletter list. You’re welcome to unsubscribe at any time using the link provided at the bottom of each email.
  • Your information is never shared with anyone else.
• Dispute Resolution
  • If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you agree to contact Second Ave Photography first using the order request form or by email before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly. Implementing this formal dispute process helps us avoid unnecessary fees and ensures a smoother resolution. Failure to follow this step may impact your eligibility for future purchases or service.
