•  Order Finalization
  • All orders are final once placed. Orders are transferred to and fulfilled by a third-party professional print lab exactly as they are received. This means we cannot change, add, or remove anything after your order is submitted. Please email me with any questions before placing your order: blaire@secondavephotography.com
• Refunds & Returns
  • Refunds, if deemed appropriate, will be issued as store credit only and are granted at our sole discretion. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or replacements on digital products or downloads for any reason, with no exceptions.
• Missing or Damaged Items
  • Don't forget to check your package immediately upon receipt to confirm that contents are complete and no damage has occurred in transit. We're all human around here, so if your order is (regretfully) missing any items, or there are errors or defects, you must notify us by email within 30 days of delivery. After that timeframe, we are unable to offer replacements or store credit.
  • If a print arrives damaged, we’re happy to replace it—just email a clear photo and description of the damage.
• Delivery & Turnaround Time
  • Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at the time of ordering. You will also receive tracking information. Once orders are shipped, any delays due to the carrier are beyond our control; however, if an order has been sitting at the same location for 8 days it may be considered lost. In this case we will gladly reship it—just email us.
  • Because colors vary by monitor, please note that each print is professionally verified for color accuracy before it is mailed to you.
• Digital Files
  • Digital files are delivered via download link. It is your responsibility to download and securely store your files upon receipt.
  • No refunds or replacements are offered for digital products.
• Sales Tax & Fees
  • Applicable sales tax will be added to your order at checkout, if required by law. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
• Copyright & Usage
  • All images are the intellectual property of Second Ave Photography. Purchase of prints or digital files grants you a personal-use license only. Files may be printed for personal use and shared on personal social media accounts with proper credit. Commercial use, resale, unauthorized editing, or reproduction of printed or digital photographs is strictly prohibited.
  • NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT: It is illegal to scan, copy, reproduce, edit, or alter any printed or digital photographs without express permission from Second Ave Photography.
• Model Release
  • By participating in picture day, it is assumed that you grant Second Ave Photography permission to use your child’s images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, marketing materials, and social media. No names or identifying information will ever be shared. If you do not want your child's images to appear online outside of this ordering gallery, please complete this Google form.
